DELIVERY

 

Delivery Arrangement: Once the goods are ready for dispatch and payment has been made in full, Apparentt will arrange a delivery date and time. The freight charge covers a simple, single delivery.

 

Providing Access Details: Before the delivery takes place, customers are required to provide full written details of any unusual access requirements. This could include information such as access via a second floor using a lift, stairs, loading dock, or any other pertinent details that may affect the delivery process.

 

Additional Costs for Difficult Access: Apparentt reserves the right to charge additional costs if difficult access conditions are encountered, regardless of whether they were advised in writing or not. This ensures that any extra effort or resources required due to challenging access conditions are accounted for.

 

Requesting Delivery Quote: Customers are encouraged to contact Apparentt for a delivery quote, especially if they anticipate any complexities or special requirements for the delivery.

 

Authorized Delivery Personnel: Apparentt explicitly states that only employees of a nominated delivery company, authorized by them, are permitted to carry out deliveries. This is to ensure accountability and to mitigate the risk of damage or injury caused by unauthorized individuals.

 

By adhering to these procedures and guidelines, both Apparentt and their customers can work together to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes while minimizing risks and potential liabilities.

 

 

The customer must inspect and note any damages on the delivery docket upon delivery and advise in writing via info@apparentt.com.au within 24 hours.

Apparentt will not be responsible for any damage unless specified within the time frame.

If the customer is unable to accept delivery within 7 days from our first contact following the completion of their order, the invoice must be paid in full.

of 1% of the value of goods per month or $100 per week, whichever amount is greater, will also be payable.

Lead Time Guarantee Exclusion: Our lead time guarantee does not apply to large quantity orders. Any order greater than 10 units will require a longer lead time and is not eligible for guarantee.
