TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement: Customer and Apparentt: The website (“Website”) of Apparentt, is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Prices: All prices displayed on our website are AUS. All transactions will be processed in AUS.

QUOTATIONS

Validity Period: Quotations provided by Apparentt are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. This means that the prices quoted for products or services are guaranteed for that duration, providing customers with a clear timeframe within which they can make a decision.

Exclusions for Errors: The validity of the quotation is contingent upon the absence of errors. If any errors are identified in the quotation, Apparentt reserves the right to revise or withdraw the quotation as necessary.

Additional Freight Charges: Customers should be aware that additional freight charges may apply to their order. These charges could be related to factors such as the size, weight, destination, or special handling requirements of the shipment. It's important for customers to factor in these potential additional costs when considering the total expenses associated with their order.

LEAD TIME

Lead times: There is a lead time on all products. If the customer fails to provide accurate and relevant information, lead times may increase. We will make every effort to achieve nominated delivery dates, however, delivery delays do not constitute a breach of contract and Apparentt is in no way responsible for any damages or costs incurred to the customer due to later delivery. If a product is available to the customer sooner than the outlined lead time, we will notify them of the modified lead time.

Lead Time Guarantee: We proudly offer a lead time guarantee on a selection of products. With our commitment to prompt delivery, you can trust that your order will be fulfilled within the specified timeframe. We understand the importance of meeting deadlines and aim to exceed your expectations with every interaction.With our lead time guarantee, we promise prompt fulfilment of your order within the specified timeframe. To demonstrate our commitment, if we fail to meet our promised lead time, you'll receive a discount on your next purchase as our apology. The Discount offered is 25% off the next order.

Lead Time Guarantee Exclusion: Our lead time guarantee does not apply to large quantity orders. Any order greater than 10 units will require a longer lead time and is not eligible for guarantee. For orders exceeding the specified quantity limit, customers are required to get in touch, to obtain an accurate lead time. This ensures that Apparentt can assess the order and provide a realistic estimate for delivery.

Modifications: Modifications to our designs may be possible, however, additional costs and lead times may apply. These requests must be made in writing via info@apparentt.com.au and you will be notified in writing of their status.

Cancelations or changes to an order: Cancelations or changes to an order must be made in writing via info@apparentt.com.au within 24 hours of initial purchase. We cannot guarantee that the request will be made, depending on the status of the order.

Returns policy: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Delivery: A delivery date and time will be arranged once goods are ready for dispatch and payment has been made in full. The freight charge covers a simple, single delivery. Prior to delivery, the customer must provide full written details of any unusual access eg; second floor via lift, flight of stairs or loading dock etc.

Apparentt reserves the right to charge additional costs for difficult access advised or not advised in writing. Apparentt only uses and authorises employees of a nominated delivery company to carry out deliveries and accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused to any unauthorised person. The customer must inspect and note any damages on the delivery docket upon delivery and advise in writing via info@apparentt.com.au within 24 hours. Apparentt will not be responsible for any damage unless specified within the time frame.

Storage: If the customer is unable to accept delivery within 7 days from our first contact following the completion of their order, the invoice must be paid in full. A storage fee of 1% of the value of goods per month or $100 per week, whichever amount is greater, will also be payable.

Timber

Being a natural product, solid timber may feature variations in colour, texture and grain. If the timber product is functional, these characteristics will not be considered as flaws or faults by Apparentt. We are not responsible for the customer disliking a particular characteristic of the timber provided.

Your security and privacy is our top priority and we are dedicated to protecting your personal information. When making a purchase from the Apparentt website, your details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128 – bit SSL encryption technology – this is the industry standard. Even though no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and without 3rd party interception, we will strive to protect your personal information. Apparentt respects your private information by not sharing or selling it to any third partyand uses such information solely to provide you with the best customer service possible. Apparentt reserves the right to change at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Website are offered.
